The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is currently recruiting for a Head of Policy and Partnerships and a Performance Analyst.
The Head of Policy and Partnership is a key role in the provision of commissioning and policy support to the OPCC in the areas of appropriate service delivery, victims’ services, community safety and criminal justice. The position also involves assisting the Commissioner to undertake the key role of being a community leader in policing and community safety through the development of effective strategic partnerships.
The Performance Analyst will provide a key role in the provision of performance management information and analysis, supporting the OPCC in the early identification of performance issues and helping to develop appropriate recommendations which result in continuous improvement.
