Elected in May 2024, Dan Price is Cheshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC). With over a decade of experience as a local councillor and a professional background in engineering, Dan brings practical experience and a community-focused approach to keeping Cheshire safe.

Born and raised in Cheshire, Dan is committed to community safety, crime prevention and early intervention. He believes in listening to local communities, supporting victims and building safer, thriving neighbourhoods.

Dan’s priorities are outlined in his Police and Crime Plan. They are:

  • Reducing crime – through prevention, intervention and a police service that responds when it matters most.
  • Listening to the public – supporting victims and making sure policing reflects what local people care about.
